After more than fifteen years working in investment banks and management consulting in London I was seeking something different in my own life. I loved the buzz of the city, my colleagues and the nature of the work however felt that something was missing.

Retraining as a psychotherapist has been a part of a long personal quest to make sense of my own life and continuing journey. I studied for five years and completed a Diploma in Integrative Psychodynamic Counselling and an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute. Metanoia is currently one of the most highly regarded training institutes in the United Kingdom due to their intense, rigorous practitioner training programmes and focus on the therapist developing themselves and ability to be ‘in relationship’ with clients.

I have experienced therapy as an agent of change and am enthusiastic about the therapeutic process and the possibilities that therapy opens up in my clients’ lives.

I work with individuals and with couples and I believe that shining a light on our issues helps lessen the grip they have over us. I am an integrative psychotherapist with a relational foundation. The relationship we have in the therapy room is very important to the success of your therapy. Integrative means I have been trained in several types of therapy and I will combine the different approaches to best match your issues.

I am registered with the leading industry body for psychotherapists in the UK, the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I adhere to their code of ethics. I regularly attend supervision and engage in continuous professional development and additional trainings throughout the year.
